Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation no later than 5 days before the arrival date, La Locanda del Capitano will not charge any fees or expenses.
The full amount paid will be refunded within 15 days of the cancellation.
In case of late cancellation, as well as in case of no show, La Locanda del Capitano will charge the full amount of the reservation.
Any cancellation must be communicated via e-mail to: info@ilcapitano.com.

Conditions for children

Children under the age of 6 stay free.
the cradle is available on request. The service is free.
Children aged 6-9 years pay 50% of the rate.
Children over 9 years pay the full rate.

Pets

On request pets are accepted for a € 15 one-time surcharge.
Guide dogs for the visually impaired and deafened are free of charge.
Unattended pets are not allowed in rooms or public areas.
Dogs must always be kept on a leash in public areas.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in from 4.30 pm to 10 pm.
Late arrival on request.
Check-out by 10:30 am.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 10.30 am in the dedicated room or in the small balcony, depending on the weather conditions.
It can be served in the rooms at an additional cost.
Please inform us about your food allergies or intolerances.
